Manufacturing companies of our cluster create a hydrogen-based society.

While we are facing the global environmental issues, clean hydrogen is much expected as the crucial element to come true the sustainable future of carbon neutral.
Our cluster is taking the lead to the energy innovation by hydrogen and the spread, the activity to carbon neutral. And also, our cluster is engaging actively in the production, transportation, storage, utilization of hydrogen and will contribute to create the hydrogen society.
Moreover, to taking over the beautiful earth to future generation, our cluster is going to collaborate or cooperate with various specialists and companies involved in “Hydrogen”.

About Kobe Hydrogen Cluster

The cluster was established in August, 2015 with 20 companies which are located in Hyogo prefecture and also member of Kobe Machinery and Metal Firms Association.
All members targeting to enter the hydrogen business are activating to achieve the development of new hydrogen products through the cooperation with members and the collaboration with university and/or research institute.

Our cluster has superior network with local government, support organization, university and research institute to develop the hydrogen business market.

Activities to achieve the target

Workshop (4,5 times/yr)

- Seminars by university professor/specialist in hydrogen field.
- Information Exchange with each member to share updated Hydrogen topics.

Site Tour (1or2 times/yr)

- Visit Latest Hydrogen Facility and R&D institutes to have a real experience of the development.

Consortium Activity

- Members in a special technology come together in order to develop new hydrogen product.

Support for sales promotion, PR activities

- Do PR for members at exhibitions and seminars.
- Provide opportunities of business matching for members.
